These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the SPAN app. By downloading or using SPAN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
SPAN is a time-tracking app for iPhone. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SPAN for your own time tracking, on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
SPAN does not require an account — the app works without signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional and, if used, stores your Apple identifier on your device only. You can remove it at any time from your profile inside the app, and erase your tracked data from Settings.
Some features are part of SPAN Pro, an optional auto-renewable subscription. SPAN Pro unlocks unlimited projects, client-ready PDF & CSV exports, full history, iCloud sync, and Home Screen widgets & Live Activity.

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial, after which the selected plan's price is charged. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region; the exact price, billing period, and any trial are always displayed in the app at the point of purchase before you confirm.
Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We are not able to process App Store refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
You agree not to misuse SPAN, including by attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent permitted by law, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
SPAN stores your data locally on your device, with optional sync through your own iCloud account. We do not collect or receive your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
SPAN is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own records and verifying any figures used for invoicing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPAN and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of SPAN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
Unless you have signed a separate written agreement covering the app, your use of SPAN is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, these Terms govern as between you and SPAN, except where Apple's terms must prevail.
